Get ready to enjoy the fresh air and relaxation the Poconos are known for. This home is located in a gated community, directly across the street from a private lake reserved for the community. It's a short walk to the lake along with baseball fields, a fenced dog park, and many other amenities like swimming pools, swimming lakes, miniature golf, and more! 

Within the home, you'll find 4 wonderfully decorated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms set up to sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 5 kids (or 11 adults/no kids). If you have a different group size, feel free to shoot us a message! All the fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are taken care of for you. You can look forward to air conditioning throughout the home during your stay. 

2nd Floor:  
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king bed, 58" smart TV, dedicated workstation, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and full bathroom ensuite. 

Bedroom 2: We call it the "Glass Room." (It's our favorite room!) This room has a queen bed with floor-to-ceiling windows and a skylight. You'll also find a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep you cool during warm summer nights. 

Loft: Enjoy time with family and friends with a game of foosball and air hockey! Also, in the closet, you'll find the Pack'n Play and high chair. 

1st Floor:
Bedroom 3: A large room where you'll find a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. 

Bedroom 4: This room has a bunk bed that has a full bed on the top, a full bed on the bottom, and a pullout twin trundle. The bunk bed has a manufactured weight rating of 200 lbs on the top and 200 lbs on the bottom. Maximum of 1 adult per bed or 2 children per bed, with 1 person on the trundle. (Max: 5 children or 3 adults). This room also has Air Conditioning! 

Kitchen: Fully appointed with all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, a full knife set, and all the glassware you could need. You'll also find a dual coffee brewer and Keurig maker. We provide Keurig pods, cream, and sugar! You'll also find a blender, microwave, double oven, and full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice.

Dining Room: Seating for 8, plus a high chair for the littlest member of your crew!

Living Room: 50" TV with a few of our favorite games in the entertainment center. The couches have tons of pillows and blankets to stay cozy! The couch also has a pull-out queen that sleeps 2, if you need it! As parents, we also took the liberty to add corner protectors on all the sharp edges to help prevent boo-boos. The TV is also mounted to the stand, so you won't need to worry about it tipping over onto someone. We have also added gates at both the top and the bottom of the stairs. No more chasing stair-loving toddlers up and down!

Outside: A firepit and propane grill with tools await you! If you plan on using the fire pit, you can purchase wood at many local stores in the area! Additionally, there's a patio set with seating for 4 right outside the back door. 
Come ready to enjoy a private hot tub under the stars! It seats 6 and is a great place to enjoy evenings! From the fire pit, you'll get pick-a-boo views of Dresser Lake, located across the street.

The outdoor space has a dining area, hammock, and wood firepit, inviting you to relax and enjoy nature's tranquility.

2nd Floor:
Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, and a full bathroom ensuite. Connected to the master bedroom is a second bedroom with a queen bed. In the closet, a full-size crib is available for your use; just bring your own sheets.

1st Floor:
Bedroom 5: This bedroom is directly to the left of the front door. Inside, it has a queen bed and a dedicated workstation. 

Kitchen: Fully appointed with all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, a full knife set, and all the glassware you could need. You'll also find a dual coffee brewer and Keurig maker. We provide Keurig pods, cream, and sugar! You'll also find a blender, microwave, and oven. 

Dining Room: Seating for 8, plus a high chair for the littlest member of your crew!

Living Room: The 50" TV and the couches have tons of pillows and blankets to stay cozy! The fireplace is not available for use, but battery-operated candles provide a nice warm touch for cool evenings! 

Game Room: This room has ping pong, darts, and air hockey, as well as a 50" smart TV!

Outside: A firepit and propane grill with tools await you! If you plan on using the fire pit, you can purchase wood at many local stores in the area! Additionally, there's a patio set with seating for four right outside the back door.

DECKS
The main deck on the first floor has a picnic table for outdoor dining - a second deck upstairs provides space to relax and unwind in lounge chairs.

The house is located in Locust Lake Village, a private community with three lakes, beaches, playgrounds, tennis courts, sled hill, and chalet, and sponsors weekend events such as BBQs, nature shows, bonfires, and live music - all available to you during your stay.
